Very disappointing experience. I paid $35 expecting a proper car wash, but the quality was terrible. They barely cleaned the car, rushed through the job, and left many areas dirty. The staff didn’t seem to care about doing a good job or satisfying customers. It honestly felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I took my car to this car wash expecting professional service, but I left extremely disappointed. After the Detailing compound, I noticed damage to my vehicle that was not there before. What made the experience even worse was how poorly handled the situation manager said all black car is like that. I'm business for more than 10 years they never letf my cars like this. Customers’ cars should be much more careful and professional. I would not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle.

Got an express wash done for my car today, and it was quick—just as the name suggests. The staff was prompt in cleaning the mats and drying the car after the automated wash, which helped keep the process efficient. What deserves a special mention? There’s a good range of car accessories available, along with useful items for road trips—definitely a nice add-on while you wait. What could be better? The staff would benefit from better training on proper drying techniques to avoid swirl marks. Additionally, higher-quality drying cloths should be used. If your car isn’t coated, the current process may leave visible swirl marks. Also, staff needs to be careful while driving cars to the parking area, as the space leaves very little room for error.

I have a plan for full service car wash , when i try to make a payment, i show the cashier my number , she said that’s number can’t be used! I HAVE TO ADD THE MEMBER NUMBER !! I said this is THE ONLY number that i have! She said NO!! She said” you have to call “. when i called they closed ! I said they closed! She said then I DONT KNOW , you have to pay !!! She told me that my plan is NOT FREE, she said i still have to pay $13 something! I said it’s very clear stated “YOU ARE ENTITLED TO STANDARD FULL SERVICE WASH”! It took me 15 minutes to figure it out how to find out the number she talking about ?? !! I even asked her to try put the number on her end , but she ignored me!! At the end , i asked my friend , he told me i have to choose which location on the apps, but it’s also showing the SAME NUMBER that i showed her at the beginning! No matter i chose the location or no the number that i showed her at the beginning is the same number! Ridiculous! Wasting my 15 minutes !

I was a regular customer here many times taking multiple cars here and today their quality seemed too rushed. Some receipts in my car was not thrown away, wrappers too, my car got out of the wash and it was super wet. I noticed spots missed, their power wash missed my car’s back. I pay for the extreme wash every time and today was not worth the money.
